The kids at Eagle Ridge Elementary will not forget his appearance at our school any time soon. I would definitely invite Mr. Trombino back to Eagle Ridge Elementary in the future.I am thrilled to write this letter of recommendation for Mr. Mark Trombino. I met Mark recently when he came to Eagle Ridge Elementary to speak to our students about bullying. Mark’s talk was very inspirational and motivating for our student body. The students at Eagle Ridge Elementary were very engaged during his presentation and understood his message about bullying. After Mark’s presentation our students reflected on their own behavior and some students recognized aspects of bullying in their interactions with others. This reflection helps bring this issue the attention it deserves at any elementary school.Bullying at our school has lessened after Mark’s visit. Mark brought this issue to the forefront of many conversations within our classrooms, as well as students’ homes. Our social worker was able to identify and follow up with the classes that were affected by bullying. Overall, the students, staff, and community of Eagle Ridge Elementary are very grateful for Mark’s help and advice on such a sensitive subject. Since Mark came to Eagle Ridge two other schools within our district have contacted him about presenting at their schools. Mr. Trombino is a very confident, knowledgeable, well-spoken presenter who I would highly recommend for any related event. I’ve watched Mark’s presentation several times and every time his message is stronger and clearer about how people should treat one another.

Hello! This past week you visited Arrowwood Elementary School in Highlands Ranch. Two of my three children had the PRIVELEDGE of hearing you speak. I have a son in 1st grade and a daughter in 5th grade, and I cannot thank you enough for taking your precious time to come share with the kids! My children could not stop talking about your great attitude! They were very impacted by your visit and all that you had to share! I personally thank you for your persistence, positive attitude and willingness to serve! We’ve tried hard at home to teach them that God has made each of His children uniquely and to appreciate those differences in everyone! Your talk completely lined up with that, and it was so wonderful to have them get information directly from you along those same lines! I am so grateful that you’ve chosen to speak to children…you are making a difference!! Thanks again, and our family wishes you all the best and continued blessing in your life!

I want to thank you for sharing your expertise with our Royal Palm students and faculty on our Career Day. Comments were extremely positive regarding your presentation. I personally appreciated you speaking to both careers as well as the issue of bullying. The students really appreciated meeting you individually and receiving the business cards.

I encourage any school to do whatever they can to get Mark to their school. Mark’s presentation definitely made a positive impact of both students and faculty. Students walked out feeling empowered to make a difference and to no longer feel victim. Thank you for your unique perspective and the lasting message you provided Shaw Butte Elementary.

What a nice message. Thank you! We really enjoyed having you and Gail here on yesterday. I have to tell you that our students and staff are still talking about the presentation. Just a few minutes ago I had a kindergarten teacher come in and tell me that the students in her class have started to use the language that you shared on yesterday about bullying, and identifying those that have not been so nice to them. You truly made a difference! I will continue to share your information with other Intervention Specialists.

I wish I could have heard it myself! We are lucky to have you in our community!

I attended your talk at Edu-Prize Charter School, in Gilbert just last month. You gave such an inspirational and moving message, one I’m sure many children/adults will not forget! Thank you for your willingness to share your life with others. You are certainly making a difference in so many lives. I am an early childhood educator working on my masters degree. Your talk inspired me to doing a research paper on bullying. I am focusing my research on what we can do as educators to stop or reduce bullying. Thank you for your time and best wishes.

Mr. Mark Trombino with Motivational Small Talk was here on Tuesday to speak to our students regarding respect, responsibility and kindness. What an outstanding speaker! As his business card reads: A little respect makes a BIG difference! Thanks, Mr. Mark

Many have come up to me to tell me how effective they felt Mark’s talk was (I even found a note tucked under the windshield wiper of my car). I think the response of the students after he finished is testimony to how well they received him. On behalf of Catalina faculty and students, thank you very much for bringing Mark to our attention and persuading the Foundation to underwrite the event. Mark has a message that was well-needed, well delivered and well received. It was my pleasure to help with bringing Mark to our school. Please share my sentiments with the Foundation.
